Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team and provide exceptional customer service at our Lake Park, MN location. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the sales floor, supervising cashiers, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

- Leading the sales team and providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and follow cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of safety policies and practices
