About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing full-service human resources management for both hourly and salaried employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Promote open-door policies and manage employee recognition and incentive programs.
- Plan recruitment strategies, select applicants, and provide support for interviewing and job offer processes.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and monitor supervisor compliance with record management requirements.
- Prepare and facilitate HR leadership training, manage facility certification programs, and take the lead in preparing staff on special projects.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education at the bachelor's level in areas such as human resources management, industrial psychology, or business administration.
- Professional human resources certification (or demonstrated progress towards certification).
