Assistant Operations Manager

About the Role:
- Oversee daily operations and tasks of the front-end and sales floor, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and development of store associates, focusing on their growth and success within the company.
- Perform and oversee all opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing seamless transitions and minimizing risks.
- Maintain the highest standards of asset protection, including securing store cash and preventing theft or loss.
- Ensure all areas of the store, including the stockroom and sales floor, are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Oversee and assist with the receipt and return of DSD merchandise, adhering to established processes and timelines.
- Ensure proper staffing levels at all times, balancing customer needs with associate workload and well-being.
