Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Assistant Director to join our team at Dollar Tree. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with front-end and sales floor operations
- Support the hiring, training, and development of store associates
- Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
- Maintain store areas to company standards
- Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not on the premises
About You:
- Prior retail and management experience
- Able to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs
