Role Purpose - We are excited to find a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator to join the team! The right candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys working in teams, and has a strong desire to learn and develop technology experience. For this role, we are looking for a driven self-starter to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, as well as internal team members.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manage technology for our growing team of 50 employees, including:
- Office 365 – Azure Active Directory
- Hybrid Local Active Directory
- Laptop, MacBook setups and deployment
- Printer and local hardware support
- Manage server infrastructure for local and Azure instances
- Windows (primarily) and Linux
- Manage Firewalls, Networking
- Manage Antivirus, Multifactor Authentication, Digital Security
- Assist in migration to Azure from local server infrastructure
- Assist and manage hosted IP based phone system
- Learn other technology processes, development where needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable: Degree in Computer Science or related field desired. Knowledge of Windows Servers (2012, 2016, etc.), Laptop and Desktop hardware, Windows 11 Pro, MacOS, and Linux required.
- Highly Detail-Oriented: Strong communication and organizational skills to work quickly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Team Players: Comfortable working with multiple team members daily and acting responsibly for the greater good of the business always.
- Passionate, Proactive & Eager: Constantly seek out opportunities and make recommendations to improve upon the status quo.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions, effectively prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
