At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this every day across Dollywood Resorts which includes over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our plan is to grow our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood and to add other resorts to our overall company resort portfolio.

Our Dishwasher position will participate in all activities, including food preparation, merchandise handling, ware washing, and cleanliness and sanitation procedures. This is to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Checks with Sous Chef and lead cook for daily objectives
- Handle and properly store company assets
- Wash China, glasses, silverware and kitchen supplies in ware washer and or sink
- Cleans and organizes workstation
- Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
- Properly stocks and stores food inventory when asked
- Performs kitchen duties as directed by the Sous Chef, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal
- Checks product / supply levels and adjusts to daily needs and communicates any shortages
- Participates in daily line ups
- Maintains ware washing equipment is good repair
- Checks Water temperatures for proper sanitation
- Ability to tolerate detergents and chemicals such as, but not limited to, dish liquids, bleach, degreaser, oven cleaner and other chemicals necessary to clean / sanitize equipment and environment
