Summary of Role:
Supervises HR, Admin, Finance, Development & Communications directors and consultants.
Manages internal operations, including HR, finance, and administrative tasks.
Oversee fundraising efforts, including donor relations, campaigns, and events.
Oversee grant management, reporting, systems and processes to track deadlines and ensure compliance.
Ensures administrative compliance, including managing deadlines for regulatory filings, audits, and reporting requirements.
Manages insurance policies, permits, and licensing to ensure organizational compliance and risk management.
Prepares financial and narrative reports for grantors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Manages communications and outreach strategies to maintain public visibility and engagement.
Interface with legal counsel as needed.
