Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV


Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft CRM technologies (specially Dynamics 365 or related platforms) to join our team. As a Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CRM-based solutions for our clients or internal teams. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, Microsoft dynamics CRM, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Project Planning & Management

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that team members are aligned with project priorities.
  

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide regular project updates to stay called us including progress reports discuss response and recommendations for improvement
• Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations for project kick of status updates and reviews
  

Team leadership

• Need across functional team of developers' business analyst consultants and other projects take holders to ensure a successful execution of the project
• Faster collaborative eye performance in environment to drive results and meet project objectives
• Mentor and support team members enjoying that everyone has the resources and guidance need it to contribute to the project's success
  

Risk and issue management

• Practically identify and manage risk and issues that could impact project timelines quality and budget
