Your Role:
As our Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations in the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing productivity and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends team management, customer service, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Meet department targets for sales, productivity, and profitability
• Coordinate with parts department and vendors as needed
Ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems and service operations
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Knowledge of service software (Tekion, etc.) a plus
