Pay: $120,000-$180,000/year commission bonus

Your Role:
As our Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations in the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing productivity and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends team management, customer service, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Monitor workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Meet department targets for sales, productivity, and profitability
- Coordinate with parts department and vendors as needed
- Ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems and service operations
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of service software (Tekion, etc.) a plus
