Now, we’re looking for an experienced and energetic Service Production Manager to lead our front-line operations and drive customer satisfaction to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
As the Service Production Manager, you’ll be the face of the service department. Your mission: ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations on the service drive. You’ll lead the advisor team, coordinate workflow, and be the critical link between customers, technicians, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote upselling and drive revenue through service recommendations.
- Oversee daily service lane operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of service advisors.
- Monitor repair order flow, technician dispatch, and work distribution.
- Address customer concerns and escalate when needed to ensure quick resolution.
- Track and report service metrics (CSI, RO count, upsells, wait times).
- Work closely with Parts and Shop Managers for efficient job completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of service advisor or service lane experience; leadership experience a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for automotive service. Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion, etc).

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
