What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Barback position at Domaine Roy et fils?
Responsibilities
1. Ensure that tables are cleared and reset in a timely and professional manor
2. Support service by polishing glasses, cleaning dishes, restocking supplies, setting/clearing tables, and preparing menu items for guest
3. Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, including cleaning, restocking wine, and general building and property maintenance
4. Complete daily and hourly checklist outline by Domaine Roy management
5. Execute excellent customer service in person and over the phone and email
6. Adhere to CDC guidelines regarding cleanliness and sanitation
7. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude to ensure a dynamic work ethic
8. Be an ongoing ambassador of Domaine Roy & fils
