Receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable/Receptionist to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry’s best service to our customers for over 90 years!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Review, prepare, and code daily and monthly invoices to be submitted for payment.
- Sort and distribute internal and external daily mail and paperwork.
- File all paid daily and monthly invoices.

Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative office or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner
