Requirements:

- Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, shocks, struts, and other automotive repair areas
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in service writing and auto estimating
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
