A brokerage operations specialist supports internal and external customers to ensure operational excellence. Their responsibilities include:
· New account data processing
· Account transfers
· General service requests for money movements, account updates, reorganization instructions
· Preferred licenses Series 7, 63, 99
· In depth understanding of brokerage clearing firm back office processes
· Ability to manage digital document processing and archiving
· Ability to work with a team in a high growth environment
· You can identify red flag behavior in customer accounts and escalate accordingly
· Disseminating margin calls
· Check processing
· Strong computer skills with the ability to grasp technology and train others on the effective use of firm and custodian systems
· Strong communication and problem solving skills
