Summary: The Operational & Financial Data Specialist supports Executive Leadership by ensuring the timely flow of information, managing site contracts & associated pricing, renewal timelines, This role requires very strong Excel skills, strong budgeting & financial ability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage contract pricing and generate updated pricing for renewals & scope changes
- Conduct internal audits, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee site contracts, union agreements, and client invoicing.
- Assist with budget adjustments, pricing updates, and financial tracking.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external clients.
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking renewals, processing invoices, and maintaining compliance documents.
- Support senior leadership with reporting, contract management, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate insurance document requests and track renewal increases.
- Oversee purchasing requests, office supplies, and vendor payments.
- Process financial reports, including monthly credit submissions and quarterly P&L reports.
- Ensure compliance with union agreements and annual rate adjustments.
- Assist with technology returns, ID creation, and office administration.
- Provide backup support for analysts in other regions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Very strong written communication skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
- Experience with contracts, proposals, and financial documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
