We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Representative to grow our client base, maintain existing relationships, and provide superior service to customers throughout the sales process.
Job Summary
As an Account Manager (Sales), you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with architects and designers (A&D firms), and providing expert guidance on our premium product offerings. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for artisanal materials and high-end finishes.
You will act as the key liaison between clients and Domingue Architectural Finishes, ensuring that customer needs are met with exceptional service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with architects, designers, and trade professionals.
- Maintain day-to-day contact with A&D firms, acting as the primary liaison between clients and Domingue Architectural Finishes.
- Educate clients on our unique range of artisanal paints and plasters, helping them select the right products for their projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture client relationships.
- Work on both short and long sales cycles, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise
- Gain extensive product knowledge and attend ongoing training sessions to stay informed about our materials and finishes.
- Self-educate to become a subject matter expert in artisanal paints and plasters.
- Work closely with the Head of Technical to find the best solutions for bespoke client projects.
Project & Pipeline Management
- Develop and maintain a high-level national sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Track client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
Collaboration & Customer Support
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide superior customer service, assisting clients at every stage of development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on application techniques and benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience (preferably in architecture, design, or luxury finishes).
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Passion for artisanal materials, interior design, and architectural finishes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
