Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Visitor at the DWDC located in New York, NY. The Home Visitor will be responsible for conducting home visits to provide support and guidance to families, assisting in developing and implementing family goals, and connecting families with necessary community resources. Additionally, the Home Visitor will maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conducting home visits or community outreach
- Knowledge of community resources and social services
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Education, or
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
