What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Specimen Collector position at Dominion Diagnostics?
Immediate need for a PART TIME specimen collector. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; WILL TRAIN! This is the perfect position for a nursing, phlebotomy, or medical assisting student. This is a permanent part time position. In this position you will collect urine samples from patients, instruct patients on the collection process, place laboratory testing orders and prepare samples for UPS to pick up.
Requirements:
- Must have a great attitude and work well with diverse groups of people
- You must be computer literate and able to catch on quickly
- Must have great attention to detail and perform data entry with accuracy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills are a must!!
- Must be a team player
- Must be dependable and reliable and follow instructions
- Must be able to pass a background screening
Hours:
Monday-Wednesday 11am-1pm
Thursdays (split shift) 10am-1pm/1:30pm-4:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
