We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
One position is available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Under general supervision, this position supports the operational and investment activities of the Asset Management Group (AMG), which oversees more than $20 billion in assets. The role primarily focuses on data management and ensuring operational efficiency, with additional administrative support for the AMG. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and multitasking skills.
Operational Support (80%)
- Create, update, and maintain internal databases for all investment activities, including but not limited to capital call and distribution notices, capital account statements, invoices, performance reports, financial statements, K-1s, and compliance reports for all fund managers.
- Collaborate with various internal and external organizations to provide information related to accounting, finance, benefit payments, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the SAP subject matter expert for the AMG, managing workflows and resolving issues.
- Monitor and manage deadlines for reporting, regulatory filings, and vendor deliverables.
- Communicate with custodians, investment managers, and service providers to address operational issues.
- Assist with data entry tasks and process documentation for the Operations Team.
- Act as a backup for processing capital call and invoice wire transactions as needed. Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
Administrative Support (20%)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team.
- Assist the AMG with scheduling and coordinating meetings and booking travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the AMG and other departments within the company on administrative issues, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
2-5 years of general office experience for Process Assistant II
5 years of general office experience for Process Assistant III
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skill in tracking deliverables and ensuring follow-ups.
- Precision in maintaining accurate data and meticulous records.
- Ability to resolve administrative issues with minimal supervision.
- Experience using Microsoft suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience sourcing statements from a variety of locations which may include reaching out directly to investment managers.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
