We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team and drive our Kubernetes and OpenShift initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in container orchestration and cloud-native technologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in CI / CD principles and tools (Tekton, Flux CD, ArgoCD, Jetkins, ELK)
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and design patterns.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education :
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s) : Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
