In This Role, You Will:
- Own the onboarding experience—manage and streamline the process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Lead company culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with multi state labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership and managers to anticipate HR needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage scheduling and coordination for executive leadership, including travel and calendar management.
- Run multi state payroll operations on a semi-monthly basis, using Paychex Flex, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems both company wide and specific to the Human Resource Department
- Drive policy creation and execution, working directly with management to refine HR strategies.
- Lead company events, trainings, and engagement activities to foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Serve as the go-to HR resource, facilitating communication between employees and leadership.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills—you take action and get things done.
- Highly detail oriented -you know compliance matters and ensure accuracy in HR processes
- An adaptable multitasker who can prioritize effectively and pivot between tasks as needed.
- A team player who can collaborate, communicate, and keep the workplace running smoothly.
- Proficiency in HR platforms like Paychex Flex and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
