Client Success Specialist - 85% Travel

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the DMS implementation.
- Provide comprehensive onsite training to dealership staff during system implementations.
- Deliver training and solutions that demonstrate dealership best practices for day-to-day use within the DMS software.
- Consult with dealership leadership and staff to optimize system utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features and overall customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any software challenges that may arise, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, onsite visits, training sessions, and follow-up actions in HubSpot.
- Travel up to 85% to client locations for implementation onsite training and follow-up visits.
- Assist in the development of training materials and best practice documentation.
Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on software enhancements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assist with Client Retention by conducting proactive onsite visits to existing clients as directed by the Senior Client Success Managers to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Managers and other internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and continued client engagement.
Assist as the primary point of contact for clients after the DMS implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience in a client-facing role within the automotive or software industry, preferably in dealership operations or DMS support.
- Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).

This role offers a compensation of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
