Associate Commercial Property Manager (Beverly Hills)
Prominent Beverly Hills property management company seeks a full time Associate Property Manager to partner in day-to-day operations for multi-tenant commercial retail property. Candidate's responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Communicate and coordinate between commercial tenants, management, engineering, janitorial, security, valet, vendors and contractors.
- Regularly inspect the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain service records, Certificates of Insurance and other documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in commercial property management (not residential), building operations or real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a complex environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
OTHERS:
- Hours: 9:00 am-6:00 pm Monday – Friday (on-call 24/7)
- This is a full-time position.
