About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the Greater Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring hands-on leadership and expert-level administrative, operational, and financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Supervise on-site property managers, leasing staff, and maintenance teams.
Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and expense controls.
Maintain positive tenant relations and ensure high occupancy and retention rates.
Generate detailed reports and data analysis using Excel and AppFolio.
Manage payroll and employee records through ADP Run.
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, and ownership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably in the Los Angeles market.
Expert knowledge of AppFolio, ADP Run Payroll, and Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Deep understanding of California and Los Angeles landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
