Regional Property Manager (Los Angeles)

Join Our growing Richman Property Services Team as a Regional Property Manager in the greater Los Angeles, CA region!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Regional Property Manager with a can-do attitude to join our current and expanding team in the greater Los Angeles area.

Position : Regional Property Manager

Location : Current and future Los Angeles RPS properties. Affordable. PSH and mixed properties.

Key Qualifications :

• Candidates with extensive experience (5-10 years) managing multiple tax credit / affordable (LIHTC), mixed communities, and public supportive housing (PSA) experience in Los Angeles are preferred
• Familiarity or extensive experience with Yardi property Management software programs
• Experience managing new properties, lease-up's and growth / construction and re-habilitation projects
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) or multiple languages a plus!

Responsibilities :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi)

Valid Driver's License required.
