• Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and food safety protocols
• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
• Handle customer inquiries concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Manage inventory cash handling and cost control measures
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance
• Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
