POSITION SUMMARY
This role is required to be in office 5 days a week.
As the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, your job responsibilities will include payment processing, expense reimbursement, customer analysis, and several other ad-hoc tasks. Domo offers an exciting and evolving environment and a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with payment processing and expense reimbursement;
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with AP policies and procedures;
- Monitor supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
- Provide supporting documentation for audits;
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;
- Help with employee expense reimbursements using Concur Solutions;
- Help with implementing additional controls where needed;
- Perform special projects as needed.
