About the Role
The Utilities Department Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Utility department. This includes guiding and coordinating operations, providing guidance and direction to area Operations Coordinators, and developing and implementing operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clear expectations to area Operations Coordinators and Hourly personnel regarding Safety, Quality, Environmental Compliance, and Production.
- Establish and communicate operational guidelines to control costs.
- Provide guidance and direction for the area Operations Coordinators in all aspects of area operation, and training including annual performance reviews.
