What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Porter-Janitor for Kings Beach Housing position at Domus Management Company?
We are currently hiring for a PART TIME Porter/Janitor for an established apartment community, Kings Beach Housing located at 204 Chipmunk Street in Kings Beach, CA.
We are looking for applicants who:
- Want to Work!
- have Porter or Janitorial experience
- have customer service experience
- Have Experience cleaning Common Areas such as Laundry Rooms, Hallways, Bathrooms, Community Rooms, Doors and Entrance, etc.
- Assist with cleaning Vacant Units (as needed)
- Are Honest and Dependable
- Are Reliable and will report to work as scheduled
- Have the ability to work as a team
Daily duties/responsibilities include:
- Picking Up Trash
- Sweeping & Mopping Entrances & Hallways
- Cleaning out trash enclosures
- Cleaning common areas (Incl: laundry rooms, office, restrooms & community rooms)
- Disinfecting all common areas (mailboxes, doorknobs, etc)
- Power wash sidewalks, walkways, trash enclosures, as needed
- Assisting with Cleaning Vacant Units
- Assisting the Maintenance Tech with minor snow removal and other special projects
Compensation Details:
- Part-Time, 25 hours per week
- FLEXIBLE HOURS - Work days are Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm
- $19.00 hourly rate
