Position Requirements:
- Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 100% - Walks and stands during entire shift.
- Must be able to frequently seize, grasp, and hold objects with hands.
- 75% - Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.
- Must be able to move, carry and lift at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to all state and local regulations to serve alcohol.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Possess excellent communication skills with management, servers, team members and guests.
- Able to clearly and accurately communicate with guests and co-workers in English (including reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Knowledge of all menu items served at restaurant, as well as general knowledge of food, wine, and other beverages.
- Knowledge of standard and classic restaurant service procedures including wine service.
- Must be a team player.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation skills according to Department of Health standards for hygiene and safe food handling.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols issued by Center for Disease Control
