We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team at Bad Boy Mowers located at Don Franklin Glasgow Nissan. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Utilize technical sales skills to effectively present and promote features and benefits.
- Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and customer outreach.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals and networking events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals and objectives.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the mower/recreational industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and territory management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
