Job SummaryAs a Sales Professional at Esarey Construction, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, following our proven sales process, and closing sales on construction projects. You will play a key role in driving revenue, customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial consultation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their construction needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth project handoff to the production team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proven experience in construction sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings.
- Competitive commission terms. 50% commission is paid upon closing, 50% commission is paid upon project completion.
