Job Summary

As a Sales Professional at Esarey Construction, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, following our proven sales process, and closing sales on construction projects. You will play a key role in driving revenue, customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their construction needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth project handoff to the production team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.
  • Track sales activities and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in construction sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings.
