Primarily Commission-Based Position - Earnings up to 105k for High-Performers!
Don Hattan Chevrolet is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated person to fill our Service Advisor Position. Primary duties include scheduling appointments, checking in vehicles, recommending maintenance and repairs, and managing warranty claims and billing. This is a Mainline Service Advisor position, and is best suited to someone who has previous service writing experience.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant strongly preferred
- Very energetic personality
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
