We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our distinguished and fast-paced Business Development Team. The position of Business Development Center (BDC) Manager entails overseeing the operations of the business development center, which holds the primary responsibility of scheduling appointments with potential clients to meet with sales representatives at the dealership.
As the BDC Manager, your responsibilities will include recruiting and training team members, establishing performance quotas and appointment goals, driving sales initiatives, and monitoring key outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between prospective buyers and their future vehicles. Your duties will involve addressing customer inquiries related to vehicles of interest and financing options. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the latest advancements in automotive technologies and innovative vehicle models.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
