Contract Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing pricing strategies, establishing partnerships, and performing contract setup and execution for proposals and new Government contracts. This is a position supporting Government cost-plus and time and materials contracts that requires experience developing labor rates, applying indirect rates and writing complete proposal cost volumes.

Duties
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to optimize pricing
- Populating cost spreadsheets using government templates adhering to DCAA accounting principles.
- Writing cost narratives - specifically for Navy Seaport NXG proposals.
- Developing and managing a documentation library to transition from the proposal to execution upon contract award.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in pricing government cost-plus and time and materials services contracts.
- Demonstrated experience populating and validating Navy Seaport NXG cost spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated experience authoring at least 5 Seaport NXG Cost Proposal volumes.
- Understanding of application of indirect rates to direct rates to develop bid pricing.
- Experience with contract setup and execution after contract award.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,105.00 - $106,598.00 per year
