What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elm Street Administrative Assistant position at DON Services?
SUMMARY : The Elm Street Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Elm Street Manager, oversee the day-to-day needs of the manager, coordinate the Elm Street calendar, compose or edit newsletters, memos etc. Answer Telephone calls and assist where needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Scheduling and coordinate support functions for assigned programs.
- Compose and / or edit letters, memos, reports, etc., as required.
- Act as liaison between the supervisor and others, such as upper management, other departments, external contacts, etc,
- Prepare special reports, brochures, newsletters, etc.
- Be familiar with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and social media communications.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Operate the telephone, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Create agenda, attend and / or take minutes in required meetings and trainings.
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or equivalent; Excellent Computer and Customer service skills necessary.
