Our Body Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of body shop operations at the dealership, leading a team of auto body technicians, estimators, and support staff to ensure that high levels of customer service and quality workmanship are provided to customers. The Body Shop Manager manages the shop's workflow, scheduling repairs and ensuring that the shop meets production and profitability targets.

Auto Body Shop Manager Qualifications
- Automotive body shop / collision center managerial experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to motivate and keep employees efficient
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
