Staff Hours :
Days - Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) - 08 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Days - Wed) - 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
Requirements :
Family Medicine Experience
Must see children ages 2
Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health Issues
DEA required for prescribing and dispensing
Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention.
work with the patient population to assist in chronic disease management
MUST be Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
