What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Engineer position at Donatech Corporation?

Job Description : A Sr. Equipment Engineering candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and 1-off tool failures associated with semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Types of process equipment includes but is not limited to : Photolithography and Etching.
Basic Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree in manufacturing or the aerospace and defense industry
- 7-10yrs of equivalent experience (Equivalent may consist of trade school experience, military background or OEM training on relevant equipment)
- Must be knowledgeable in the operational theory, advanced troubleshooting, and repair of semi conductor process equipment
- Must have a proven track record of technical writing (maintenance and PM documentation / work instruction)
- Experience with mechanical design, statics, an machining requirements
- Experience in using key tool failure metrics like MTBF and MTTR to analyze and improve periodic maintenance programs
