We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to perform full cycle recruitment for technical positions for cleared positions. To be successful in this role, you'll need to use your skills to develop relationships, build sound networks, create innovative solutions for recruiting and sourcing, network with passive candidates, and work collaboratively with other team members and client groups to attract the best and the brightest in our industry. This position is fast paced in a fun and cohesive team. You will be able to demonstrate excellent talent acquisition and hunting skills via the internet, phone, social media, or other channels. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. You will have a knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Intelligence community as well as the government contracting industry. This is a hybrid work schedule position. You are expected to be onsite at our office in Sterling, VA at least three days a week for collaboration with our business and TA colleagues. Work Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies. • Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. • Draft recruitment advertisements; post and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. • Formulate strategies to source candidates. • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers. • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. • Vet potential employees' credentials. • Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates. • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. • Attend job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs. • Perform other related duties as assigned.Skills RequiredMinimum Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills. • Ability to deliver high volume/high quality candidates under tight timelines. • Ability to source and connect with qualified candidates. • Possess excellent customer service skills. • Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multitask. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Experience RequiredExperience recruiting technical positions for the Intelligence community as well as the government contracting industry. Education RequiredBachelor's degree with six years of related full cycle recruitment experience in federal contracting industry. In lieu of a degree, additional years of related technical recruitment in federal contracting industry. Associate degree and 8 years of related experience or high school diploma and 10 years of related full cycle recruitment in federal contracting industry.
