Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship / Permanent Resident Required.
Analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues. Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements. Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep team within timeline and budget. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications. Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing. Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts and training materials) and deliver training.
Job duties :
- Data Analysis
- Interview business process owners and key users, analyze and document business processes and requirements and develop system proposals and functional specifications
- Translate diverse business requirements into common functional specifications
- Review requests for projects and changes and advice on approval based on, for example, feasibility, compliance with standards, business case, risk, priority.
- Support the implementation of ERP & other business systems, advice and support key users
- Prepare training material, provide training and support the creation of work instructions
- Support the preparation and execution of software testing
- Result expectations :

o Proper specifications to support development by Safran IS or 3rd parties.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience & education required.
Experience : Experience in data analysis with a solid understanding of business processes is preferred.
Other Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Strong overall ERP knowledge. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Strong decision quality expected.
