- Helping to craft enticing job descriptions - Detailed notes ensuring an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required / desired skills - Recruiting and sourcing candidates - Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements - Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches through client's applicant tracking tool to ensure being audit-ready at all times - Initial interviewing of candidates - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client leaders and other HR team members - Extend offers of employment to selected candidates - Monitoring candidates through backgound and onboarding. Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related discipline or two years recruiting experience. 1. Discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties. 2. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 3. Sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, and customer. 4. Solid computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents. 5. Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely.
