We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our client. In this role, you will provide exceptional talent acquisition services, delivering high-quality candidates while enhancing our client's employer brand. You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader community, and help fill key positions with top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling and accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure a clear understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and required/desired skills through detailed note-taking.
- Source and recruit candidates from various platforms and networks.
- Review resumes and credentials to assess suitability based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on candidates and searches through the applicant tracking system to ensure audit readiness.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR team members.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates and assist throughout the hiring process.
- Guide candidates through background checks and onboarding procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or two years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and interact with internal teams and external candidates.
- Proficiency in using computer software to prepare reports and documents.
- Sound decision-making skills, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for the electronics or defense sectors.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or similar tools.

This is a remote position, but candidates should be within a commutable distance of at least one of the following locations:
- NH: Nashua, Hudson, Manchester, Merrimack
- TX: Austin, Dallas
- IN: Ft. Wayne
- NJ: Wayne
- NY: Endicott, Greenlawn
