Job Description
- FileNet Architect who will work on development projects and also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility).
- Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members.
- Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions/resolutions.
- Guide other developers with any questions.
- An architect who will help with upcoming upgrades.
- 75% of the work will be architect work and 25% is development; this may include development of case manager or other filenet components and also work on POC (proof of concept) from an architect point of view
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years of Software Development experience
- Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery.
- Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies.
- IBM FileNet administration, development and configuration.
- Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records required.
- Experience in patching/upgrading FileNet
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Extensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Extensive experience on a variety of application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat
- Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment
- Experience in tuning databases and application servers
- Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts
- Experience using change management tools
- Prefer experience migrating on-prem FileNet platform to Cloud
- Knowledge on Kofax Total Agility, ICC desired
- Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required.
- Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
