Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor BDC Consultants to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement
- Uphold superior customer service standards while efficiently handling incoming leads
- Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success

Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM management, e-lead experience is a plus.
- Skillful in objection handling and identifying sales opportunities
- Comprehensive understanding of retail and lease deal structures
- Ability to maintain daily quotas for appointments, showings, and outbound calls
- Exceptional telephone communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ensure compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule regarding customer data confidentiality
Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers via phone and Internet channels
- Overseeing daily operations of the Internet Sales Department
- Generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate departmental performance
- Managing access to Internet specials across various departments
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturer requirements for lead management and website design
As the leader of our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding your team to provide prompt, informative responses to product and service inquiries.
- Training team members to use a consultative approach that educates customers on vehicle options and additional offerings.
- Overseeing the scheduling of sales appointments to encourage dealership visits and vehicle inspections.
- Driving the team’s efforts to meet and exceed the Business Development Center’s sales targets.
