About the Executive Administrator to the CEO :
The Executive Administrator to the CEO (Executive Administrator) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive leadership team (ELT) and the Board of Directors. This role provides executive-level operational and strategic support to the CEO and other leaders as assigned, ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and organizational goals. The Executive Administrator will manage critical projects, facilitate executive meetings, track key initiatives, and support accountability across the leadership team. This position requires proactive management of critical deadlines, complex projects, and highly sensitive information, demanding the upmost discretion and strategic foresight. Acting as a key liaison, this position will support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in decision-making, communication, and high-level problem-solving.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles involving high-level responsibilities.
Strong experience managing executive communications, strategic scheduling, and board-level coordination.
Preferred Education
Advanced coursework or certifications in project management, operations, or AI-driven business applications.
Preferred Experience
5 Years of providing high-level support to executive staff.
Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred.
Experience in coordinating the board of directors' activities.
Experience utilizing AI tools for workflow automation, document drafting, and data analysis.
