Executive Administrator – Full-Time
Location: Williams, Az (90% remote work after 90 day training)

Verde Earth Technologies is looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Administrator to take charge of our office operations and keep the engine running smoothly. This role is equal parts leadership, logistics, planning and support—with a seat at the table to help shape how we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage day-to-day office operations with confidence and efficiency, offering innovative solutions to streamline procedures and create better training materials
Support executive-level staff with scheduling, communications, and high-level task coordination and planning, including traveling to site visits and view the site to offer critical input that will translate into Bids, an understanding of forestry in Arizona is a plus and highly desired but a trainable skill and knowledge base we are happy to train with the right person
Bridge communication between boots-on-the-ground field crews and our leadership team
Track project timelines, billing, and deliverables
Help manage records, reporting, and compliance across contracts and personnel
Take initiative and solve problems before they become headaches
Plan travel for execs and crews
Coordinate third party contractors for project completion
Communicate daily and promptly with many government officials
Oversee email and keep exec team informed when needed
Train Admin team and Create SOP for every position in the company
Keep company training up to date
Order supplies and manage field Purchase Orders from crews
Send out Plan of the Week by Friday to supervisors
Ability to shift and take action quickly
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Base salary: $52,000/year
Performance Bonus: Earn 0.5% to 1% of the value of every completed contract you help secure.
Example: A completed $500,000 contract = a bonus of $2,500 to $5,000, depending on your level of involvement and performance.
This role rewards initiative and results—when we grow, you grow.
Part of this job is securing Bids in the Greater Southwest Region and beyond, we will train and assist you to create powerful reporting and presentations that translate into acceptance of Bids, we offer a bonus to you cash for each Bid we complete.
Growth potential is truly up to the person willing to put in the work to go for many Bids at once and securing the company many contracts per year
VET does business strictly with government entities and the growth potential is untapped, we put NO cap on bonuses
Complete 4 mil in contracts for the year with us and you could earn between $20 - $40k in bonuses
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business admin, forestry/environmental sciences a big plus) or higher
2–5 years administrative experience in a professional office (bonus points if it’s in a company grossing $250K annually)
Comfortable speaking with everyone—from execs to laborers—and making sure the right messages land
Quick on your feet, organized under pressure, and obsessed with details
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, DocuSign and a tech savvy person comfortable integrating tech into our operations to increase efficiency, knowledge and interest in tech innovations
Bonus: Knowledge of forestry, natural resources, or contracting
