About the Systems Support and Security Administrator :
The SSSA will collaborate with other IT staff to complete special projects, including coordinating upgrades and technology roll outs. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and proactive management from participating in special projects to resolving user issues. The SSSA plays a key role in all IT-related matters, providing assistance, guidance, and solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Conducts operational tasks related to maintaining cybersecurity posture. Performs end user support needs across the organization resolving issues and tracking this information in the IT Helpdesk system. High level understanding of software applications. Supports users and equipment in multiple locations and may require travel and / or work outside of standard business hours.
Maintains transparency and accountability, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the IT environment.
Works non-standard hours to support a 24 x 7 organization, including after-hours emergency calls, on-site emergency support, and an on-call rotation.
- This is an onsite position. Applicants must reside in Arizona

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, OR equivalent detailed Information Technology experience in progressively complex infrastructure environments.
2 years of experience working as a Security Administrator or related position.
Security certification such as CompTIA Security , Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
Experience developing, operating, and maintaining security systems.
4 years of End User support experience
MS Exchange
MS Windows Servers
Office Suite
End User Hardware
IT Support tools
Mobile use support / technologies
Preferred Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree OR 5 years full-time IT experience
4 years of experience working as a Security Administrator or related position.
One of the following security certifications : CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CASP or GCIH
6 years of End User support experience
