Manager, Supply Chain

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager. The Manager, Supply Chain oversees the clinical supply program and fleet operations, managing end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to distribution, and leading and supporting a team. This position ensures operational efficiency, implements cost effective solutions aligned with DonorConnect's workflows, and drives strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and support organizational goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training/Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare/Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• CMRP, CSCP, CPSM or APICS certification, or other healthcare supply chain certifications preferred
• Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum of three years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management required
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment preferred
• Experience working with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) preferred
• Experienced with vendor management, transportation, and warehousing
• Experience in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain software

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations
• Proficiency in inventory management principles, including procurement activities, demand forecasting, stock level optimization, and inventory turnover management
• Experience leading a team
• Strong planning and analytical capabilities
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stoop, squat, or bend frequently
• Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Salary : $71,005 - $88,728
